Menyelesaikan pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi pada Universitas Indonesia.; berpengalaman sebagai Vice President & Senior Vice President pada industri Asuransi Jiwa ; serta mempunyai pengalaman sebagi Vice President dan Direktur pada industri administrasi kesehatan. Selanjutnya memperoleh gelar Associate, Customer Service ( ACS ) and Fellow, Life Management Institute ( FLMI ) of United States.
Meraih gelar MBA di Universitas Nottingham Trent UK dan memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 25 tahun di industri kesehatan. Beliau memulai perjalanan karir sebagai programmer dan terus menjelajah di semua bidang software development dan data center, terutama untuk perusahaan TPA, Klinik, Rumah Sakit, Lab, dan Asuransi. Beliau bersama AIA Malaysia mengelola health service operation. Seterusnya, beliau pernah menjabat sebagai Direktur Operasi di PT Administrasi Medika di mana dia mengelola seluruh IT dan operasi mereka, kemudian bergabung dengan Halodoc Indonesia sebagai Direktur Pembayaran Digital. Beliau juga memiliki gelar Associate, Customer Service and Fellow, Life Management Institute of United States.
Stephanus Riko menempuh pendidikan Middlesex University London, Inggris dengan meraih gelar Msc di bidang Business Information technology pada tahun 2004. Beliau memulai karirnya di PT Reycom Document Solusi (RDS) di tahun 2009 sebagai direktur operasional bagian call center business. Berbekal pada pengalaman tersebut, di tahun 2012, beliau dipercayakan sebagai Direktur Utama PT. Syntech Mitra Integrasi untuk menahkodai lini bisnis RDS Group dalam industri Healthcare Management yang bermula dari layanan servis TPA (Third Party Administration) untuk dalam negeri hingga ke mancanegara. Melihat perkembangan bisnis RDS Group yang terus berkembang pesat, maka pada tahun 2014 beliau menjabat sebagai General Manager Sales dan Marketing untuk RDS Group sampai dengan saat ini.
